Effective 1 September 2026

About this fee schedule

  • All fees sit below the APS recommended rate of $318 (2025–26) for a standard consultation

  • The below listed fees are applicable to clients available on our portal only. Clients unavailable on our portal, or via password booking have separate and higher fees between $275 and $300 for 50 minutes.

  • In-clinic or telehealth

  • all fees include GST and online processing

  • A Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP/MHTP) allows eligible clients to claim a Medicare rebate — most clients qualify via their GP. Standard plan: 6 sessions initially, then 4 more after a brief GP review (we provide the required letter free of charge) = 10 per calendar year. Eating Disorder Plan (EDP): 20–40 sessions — speak to your GP. Track sessions via MyGov. Once the Medicare Safety Net threshold is reached, rebates increase automatically.

  • Private health extras may also apply · provider code is usually 100 or 200 for psychology

  • It is unlawful to claim Medicare and private health on the same session

  • All rebate amounts shown are approximate — always confirm directly with Medicare or your private health fund

  • Overseas visitors in Australia: check with your international insurance provider

  • Payment processed automatically from your stored card · receipts uploaded to Medicare via MyGov or submitted to your private fund

  • NDIS plan-managed: invoices forwarded to your plan manager · self-managed: bank transfer

  • ADF, WorkCover and EAP: billed separately, contact us to check availability

  • Third party billing (insurer or employer): let us know at booking and we will invoice them directly

REMOTE WORK PERIODS

Our therapists periodically work from different locations — attending international and interstate professional development, postgraduate education, and specialist training that keeps their practice at the leading edge. Our team is also engaged in speaking arrangements, retreats, and corporate psychology work that we believe enriches the depth and breadth of what they bring to individual sessions. A therapist who is actively immersed in the wider world of their field brings sharper clinical thinking, broader perspective, and genuine growth to every session. We think that is worth something. During these periods all sessions move to telehealth and fees are temporarily adjusted to reflect the change in circumstances — scroll down to see current remote period rates.
