Accepting New Clients
Isabella
BPsych (Hons) MPsych (Health)
Hi, I’m Isabella. I’m an Australian registered psychologist, and my passion is supporting people to reconnect with themselves, find balance, and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and care.
I’ve worked across a range of settings—from community services to busy inner-city clinics—and now offer therapy in a space that feels calm, thoughtful, and responsive to where you are in your life.
I’m currently based in Adelaide and Sydney, and also work with clients across the globe through secure Telehealth sessions.
Whether you're seeking support through a difficult chapter or simply a space to reflect and grow, you're welcome here.

Support Starts Here
-
This space is here to help you get a sense of how I work, what informs my approach, and whether this feels like the right fit for you. Therapy is deeply personal, so it's important you feel comfortable, informed, and seen—even before we begin.
My style is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in both evidence and empathy. I blend structured therapeutic frameworks with mind–body practices that support emotional clarity and inner connection. Depending on your needs, sessions may involve:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Schema Therapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Mindfulness and somatic strategies
Nervous system regulation tools
Gottman Method (for couples therapy)
Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, chronic illness, or life transitions, therapy is tailored to support your pace, values, and goals.
Areas of Interest
Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
Chronic illness, fatigue, and body image
Life transitions, grief, and identity shifts
Confidence, self-worth, and inner critic work
Couples therapy and relationship dynamics
Neurodiversity-affirming support (ADHD, autism traits)
Perinatal and women’s wellbeing
I also do NDIS, workplace options psychology, and occasional forensic referrals.
Sessions are offered with presence, flexibility, and care. You're welcome to come as you are—whether you're seeking healing, growth, or simply a safe space to explore what’s unfolding in your life.
